Provides independent oversight to ensure that the financial management, internal controls, and operations are effective and compliant. Reviews processes, monitors risks, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, and reports to Management and the Board to strengthen governance and accountability.
Responsible for financial management, overseeing budgets, financial reporting, while managing Information Systems to support secure and effecient operations.

Manages the rental properties & housing portfolio, including tenant management, revenue collection, property maintenance, to ensure sustainability and quality of Rental Properties services.
Responsible for managing Loan Services including Loan Assessments, Approvals and Disbursements. Promotes responsible lending to support access to affordable housing finance.

Manages the financial risks through through various security measures and approved screening processess while also focussing on recovery of outstanding debts. It oversees debt recoveries and enforcement of tenancy and loan agreements, and implements measures to minimize financial losses through effective recoveries actions.

Provides strategic and administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the Corporation.
